"Hello, I am Rate Mate. If you need a rate just click on me and I'll do the rest! A few tips to get you started. On the next screen you need to click on either FCL or LCL depending on what type of rate you need. After that, select your options eg Country, origin port etc, only thing is let me refresh the page after each selection otherwise I get a bit confused. It only takes a millisecond and I do it automatically as soon as you click on the selection. After all the options are selected, click on get rates and I'll give you an all in lump sum rate. Now if you then need another rate just click on New Rate and I'll do a new rate for you. You can play with me all day if you want, getting rates, I don't mind. Now when you like the rate option I give you (and I know you will) click on make a booking and I'll have the rate and all the info already on the booking sheet for you. On the left of the page if you click on Agent info you can get destination agents info, storage rates extras for piano's etc etc."

The fuel surcharge will apply to all new bookings to EUROUSA UK as of Monday 7^th July and will apply to DA rates only. All bookings / Pre alerts already made and received by us will be billed at the tariff rates excluding the fuel surcharge.

The Fuel Surcharge will be 10% on 20ft and 12% on 40ft and 45ft +H/cubes Fcl’s  (Full Container loads) and 3% on groupage on top of the 2007/08 destination rates that you currently use through EUROUSA UK. Billing will be as per the tariff with the addition of one line that will say Fuel Surcharge 10%.
