to residence based on normal access, unpacking and debris removal on delivery

Excludsions: demurrage, taxes, dutys, customs examinations, quarantine
documentation of NZ$50 on all shipments, quarantine examinations, fumigation,
reassembly of items requiring special craftsmen or handling of heavy items such
as pianos and safes.
